PAYMENT
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for online orders. If you're picking up locally, you're welcome to pay with cash or Zelle—just let us know what works best for you.
I am tax exempt. How do I apply that to my order?
If you're tax-exempt, just send us a copy of your exemption certificate. Once verified, we'll update your invoice accordingly.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. To get an exact quote, just send us a message at Hello@StealsbyImmi.com.
As a general guide:
- Larger items (like dining tables) may cost around $200 for curbside delivery
- Smaller items (like side tables) typically run closer to $60
We’ll always work to get you the best rate possible—because great furniture should come with a fair deal on delivery too.
When will my order ship?
We don’t like to keep good deals waiting.
In-stock items usually ship out within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive at your doorstep in 2–3 weeks. (Just a heads up: if you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate boxes doing their own thing.)
Once your order hits the road, we’ll send you a tracking email—be sure to check your spam folder just in case it’s hiding. And one more thing: we can’t change the shipping address once it’s out the door, so double-check before clicking "order."

We’ve got furniture hubs in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania—coast to coast coverage to get your steal to you, fast.
What do I do if my piece was delivered damaged/missing a piece?
We stand behind every steal—and that includes making things right if something arrives less than perfect.
If your item arrives damaged, here’s what to do:
- Inspect your item at delivery, especially for oversized shipments. If anything looks off, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Snap some photos of the damage (and the packaging, too) and email them to us at Hello@StealsbyImmi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging while we review your claim—it helps us process replacements or pickups faster.
Once we’ve reviewed your info, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on what makes the most sense.
Please don’t wait to unbox—delayed inspections (like waiting for a move-in or renovation to finish) may void your claim. Unwrap the magic right away!
RETURN
What is the return policy for Steals by Immi?
We’re all about delivering unbeatable deals—and part of that means keeping things simple.
All sales are final, so we can keep offering you the best steals without the markup.
That said, if your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Just report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund.

When will my refund be processed?
If something arrived damaged (ugh, sorry!), we’ll sort it out fast. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send your refund straight to your original payment method—usually within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company might take a little longer to catch up (they’re not always as fast as our deals), so give them a few extra days to process and post it.
ORDER
Can I cancel or alter my order once I place it?
Changed your mind? No problem—as long as your items haven’t hit the road yet. We can help edit or cancel your order anytime before it ships out from our warehouse.
Once it’s on the truck, though, it’s officially on its way to steal your heart (and your space). 🛻💨
Can you hold my order if I'm not ready to accept delivery?
Absolutely! Just reach out to us at Hello@StealsbyImmi.com, and we’ll gladly schedule a dispatch date that works for you. Consider it your steal—on standby.
