Tian was quick with communication and punctual with delivery. Beyond that, she spotted a small crack with the table top that I had not noticed and she insisted come back with a new table top in the same evening. She also give me the option to keep and reduce price. I opted for the new table top and she delivered a few hours later. Very reliable! Very honest! Beautiful table!
